Leading for Excellence, Action & Performance

Leading for Excellence, Action & Performance (LEAP) is a workshop that
reveals how to lead and manage others through self-motivation, understanding what motivates others and coaching them for higher
performance.

Course structure

Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to inculcate
a culture of excellence and performance by inspiring
their people to be exceptional. They will move from
technical management mode to inspirational leadership
mode by aligning their people’s talents, strengths, skills
and goals


Tools: Daniel H. Pink’s model of Autonomy,

Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to evaluate the
behaviours of different people to identify and understand
their motivations.


Tools: Social Styles

Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to adapt their behaviours to build rapport, deliver ideas, get buy-in and provide direction

Tools: Social Styles.

Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to identify the will and skill levels of their people and adapt their leadership style quickly to motivate, illustrate, empower and enable.

Tools: L4 Leadership Model: Directing, Problem-Solving, Delegating or Developing and Skill & Will Model

Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to identify their people needing assistance to grow and Intervene, Explore, Encourage and Validate to aim for and attain personal and professional goals.

Tools: GROW Model: Goal, Reality, Options, Will

Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to evaluate their people’s purpose and coach them to have a greater reason to perform.

Tools: Integrity Model: Belief, Intention,
Promises and Actions.
