Leading for Excellence, Action & Performance (LEAP) is a workshop that
reveals how to lead and manage others through self-motivation, understanding what motivates others and coaching them for higher
performance.
After attending this workshop, learners will be able to do the following:
• Transform a control mindset into a leadership,
collaborative mindset
• Identify and understand their people’s priorities and
communication style
• Adapt their behaviour to build trust and rapport with
their people
• Adapt their leadership styles and responses to their
followers
• Identify and develop potential in followers
• Develop purpose and integrity in themselves and their
people

Course structure
Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to inculcate
a culture of excellence and performance by inspiring
their people to be exceptional. They will move from
technical management mode to inspirational leadership
mode by aligning their people’s talents, strengths, skills
and goals

behaviours of different people to identify and understand
their motivations.

Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to identify the will and skill levels of their people and adapt their leadership style quickly to motivate, illustrate, empower and enable.
