Stress Management In Life & Employment (SMILE) is a work|life balance workshop that imparts critical strategies to facilitate individuals to set
objectives, achieve targets, manage stress and work, and attain higher productivity.

Course structure

Learning Outcome: Students will be able to identify the causes of stress and how it impacts them mentally, physically and socially.

Learning Outcome : Students will be able to understand their emotional strengths and weaknesses and control
it to develop courage and assertiveness to carry out their responsibilities

Learning Outcome: Students will be able to evaluate their people’s purpose and coach them to have a greater
reason to perform.

Learning Outcome: : Students will be able to identify different relationship styles and adapt to manage their expectations and or emotions and come to a collaborative approach. They will also be able to read body language and use that knowledge to persuade others.

Learning Outcome: Students will be able to use their identified values, purpose and prioritisation to create a
high-level workplan for the next year, a medium-level workplan for the next month and a ground-level detailed workplan for the next week

Learning Outcome: Students will be able to generate and manage their daily physical energy through simple breathing and physical exercises
