After attending this workshop, learners will be able to do the following:
• Practice systemic thinking and foresight to create a long-term personal, team or organizational strategy
• Identify different risks and how they endanger the overall strategy
• Chart the critical path required to achieve their goals
• Determine the necessary resources to achieve the goals according to the set strategy
• Test the strategy for inflexibility, lack of resources or lack of risk planning
• Draft a strategic plan for their personal, professional or organizational use
