Passionate And Collaborative Teamwork (PACT) is a team development program that creates rapport and mutual respect between employees and teaches them how to communicate with others collaborate to get
results.
After attending this workshop, learners will be able to do the following:

• Manage personality conflicts between employees
• Collaborate in synergy by leveraging off of their unique

Course structure
Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to become excited about working in a team by creating rapport,
setting common goals, helping each other develop and accepting differences in thinking, style and orientation.

manage their expectations and/ or emotions and come to a collaborative approach. They will also be able to read body language and use that knowledge to persuade others
