Communicating Logically, Empathically And Responsively
Coaching for Objectives, Decisions & Actions (CODA) is a program that develops the emotional and intellectual readiness to be able to coach for performance in the workplace.
After attending this workshop, learners will be able to do
the following:
• Practice correct mindset and attitudes to properly coach their coachees.
• Implement the coaching models to help coachees solve
their own problems
• Be constantly aware of their own prejudices and held
stereotypes that could get in the way of the coaching
process
• Develop empathy and emotional intelligence to be able
to adapt to all types of coachees and their problems
• Communicate in a mutually-trusting relationship and
maintain a free-flow of information.
• Mentor proteges to match the right experience to the
goal at hand.

Course structure
Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to practice
the necessary mindsets and attitude in order to be an
open and willing coach to help their coachee.

Learning Outcome: : Participants will be able to identify different relationship styles and adapt to manage their expectations and/ or emotions and come to a collaborative approach. They will also be able to read body language and
use that knowledge to persuade others.

Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to identify their people needing assistance to grow and Intervene, Explore, Encourage and Validate to aim for and attain personal and professional goals.

Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to create a path to change by identifying their strengths, opportunities, improvements and faith and implement it over the next 21 days of their life
