Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to plan and manage a social interaction with a difficult subordinate or superior all of the tools learned during the workshops and be evaluated by their peers. Note: Recordings of this assessment session can be compiled by EnSync Learning and submitted to the client’s organisation within 14 working days after end of workshop.
